  I hereby acknowledge that the interview transcripts included in the John Hawkins research interviews about Henri Termeer collection were created from audio interviews recorded by author John Hawkins during the writing of his book Conscience and Courage: How Visionary CEO Henri Termeer Built a Biotech Giant and Pioneered the Rare Disease Industry (Cold Spring Harbor Laboratory Press, 2019). I am aware that the transcripts are working documents originally created for Mr. Hawkins’s personal reference and research purposes.
